Service Call Center Representative wanted for family-owned and operated Cadillac/GMC/Hyundai/Genesis dealership in Laguna Niguel, Ca.
Requires a focus in customer service, phone etiquette, and email etiquette. This position requires answering incoming service calls and setting service appointments, responding to service emails, and calling outbound clients.
This is a FULL-TIME position with benefit option after 60 days. Hourly plus bonus opportunities per appointments shown.
Compensation: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
